REMINDER!!! Sunday morning Bosu Ball Class with Shauna starts tomorrow at 9 a.m.!! This class offers a chance to tone and strengthen your core (abs, back, thighs, bootie) ! Come start your out strong. Zumba to follow at 10 a.m.!
YOGA with Shauna begins this Wednesday at 7 p.m.! Stretch those tired muscles after Zumba and add flexibility, length, balance, focus and strength overall to increase the success rate of your workouts!
